Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all projects and services undertaken by The Apex Publishing through theapexpublishing.com.
Copyright
Upon full payment and completion of the agreed project, the client will hold the rights to the final content specifically created and delivered for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Apex Publishing will not claim ownership of the client’s original manuscripts, ideas, documents, or other materials submitted for the purpose of completing the project.
Payment
Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before the project begins.
Depending on the selected service or package, full or partial advance payment may be required. Any applicable transaction charges, taxes, or processing fees may be the responsibility of the client.
Work may not begin until the required payment and project information have been received.
Revisions
We provide revisions according to the package or service selected by the client.
Revision requests should relate to the original project requirements and should normally be submitted within 7 days of delivery, unless a different period has been agreed upon.
Revision turnaround times may vary depending on the nature, complexity, and urgency of the requested changes.
Requests that significantly change the original scope of work may be considered additional work and may require additional charges.
Project Requirements
All major project requirements, objectives, timelines, and deliverables should be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, instructions, approvals, and other materials required to complete the project.
Delays in providing required information or feedback may result in changes to the agreed delivery schedule.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be reviewed according to the status of the project and the work already completed.
A full refund may be available if the client cancels the project before work has started.
Refunds may not be applicable where:
Work on the project has already started
The client has approved concepts, drafts, or revisions
Multiple revisions have already been completed
The client requests changes beyond the originally agreed scope
A custom or specially discounted package was purchased
The client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days
The project is placed on hold at the client’s request
Required information or materials have not been provided
The client changes their mind for reasons unrelated to the quality or delivery of the agreed service
The client’s business, publishing plans, partnership, or personal circumstances change
The client violates our terms or policies
Where work has already been completed, any approved refund may be adjusted to account for the services already provided.
Delivery Policy
Project delivery timelines depend on the selected service, complexity of the project, client response time, and agreed scope of work.
Completed work will normally be delivered electronically through email, file-sharing platforms, or another agreed delivery method.
Any estimated delivery date may be adjusted if additional revisions, information, approvals, or changes are requested by the client.
Expedited or rush services may be available at an additional cost where applicable.
Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a project before completion.
If cancellation is requested before work begins, the client may qualify for a full refund.
If work has already started, charges may apply for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any completed or partially completed work may be provided to the client where appropriate.
